INFOFAL TOV ("Infofal", "we") trades computers, electronic and telecom equipment, office furniture and machines, machine tools and industrial machinery wholesale, and provides management of computer equipment. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Customers
Business contacts, delivery addresses, orders, invoices, warranty records and serial numbers of supplied equipment.
3. Managed IT services
When we manage a client's computers, we may have technical access to devices that contain the client's data. We act as a processor under a written agreement: we access data only as needed for the service, keep access logs, and never use client data for our own purposes. Monitoring collects technical data (device health, user account names) only.
4. Installation and training
Names of operators trained on machinery, to issue training records.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, warranty), legitimate interests (service quality).
6. Recipients
Manufacturers for warranty and installation, carriers, banks, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
- Contracts and invoices: as required by law.
- Warranty records: warranty period plus 1 year.
- Managed IT logs: 12 months.
8. Security
Access to client systems uses individual accounts with multi-factor authentication.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
